The Hot tub replacement project was tendered May 31, 2024 with a closing date of June 27th, 2024. The approved 2024 capital budget included $750,000 for the construction project which included the full reconstruction of the hot tub. Upon the closing date one submission was received.

The proposal received included a price of $1.3 million, which is $550,000 over the approved budget.

The tender has been cancelled due to the significant difference in the submission and the approved budget.  The project will be reevaluated in collaboration with the 2025 capital budget process.
